Alarm

August 13 2009, around 1655Hr at the company cyanide alarm war trigger on.Every one is requested to evacuate there work places.The reported alarm is 10ppm it came from phase 3 near at our section(TRCF).
Inhalation of cyanide gas is very lethal to a human being as will to animal.It can cause death to a person.
After hypocloride detoxification in the area affected it is announce that the work place is already safe.


WHAT IS CYANIDE?
A cyanide is any chemical compound that contains the cyano group (C≡N), which consists of a carbon atom triple-bonded to a nitrogen atom. Inorganic cyanides are hydrogen cyanide salts in which cyanide is generally the anion CN^- bonded to an alkyl residue are called . Organic compounds that have a -C≡N functional groupnitriles in IUPAC nomenclature. The cyanide radical CN is commonly produced in reactions and has been identified in interstellar space. Of the many kinds of cyanide compounds, some are gases; others are solids or liquids. Those that can release the cyanide ion CN^- are highly toxic to people and wildlife at relatively low concentrations.

Budget

Today is pay day and tomorrow will be my day off for a long day of work.
One of my problem after pay day is how to budget my salary. First in the list is my depth,2nd the amount of money that i going to send home (to my wife and to my mother),3rd to the rent of the house,4th to the bills of H2O & E,5th to my expenses foods & transportation and last to my hobbies BLOGGING.wahahahahaha php6.4k

Nearmiss

Around 7:50am today july 30 2009,something happened. In our pre operation during bobben exchange i put the empty bobben to the line rewind loading. After i put it i need to w/draw the crane to set up the line and nearmiss happened.at the time that i w/draw the crane hook i miscalculated my operation i thought that the crane is safely down then i press already the south botton to w/draw it thdn BANG. Good thing nothing happen. Sir Leo show what i did.wahahaha kamanol sng kuwa ko.hehehe

Ordinary day

No more money. 1 more day for pay day,.waiting for that day coz theres a lot of things to do that needs a money.

I was not able to post in my blog this past few days because i was busy in my work in my company.I work as a Production Specialist in one company at laguna.Out product is treated roll copper foil use in some electronics gadget use now a day.We have a 7 step process by producing this kind of copper foil.

1. Degrease-Removes oil and grease in the copper foil.
2. Acid Rinse-Remove thin layer of the copper foil.
3. Y Cell-Gives heat & peel strength.
4. E Cell-Provide continuity of the current during process.
5. N Cell-Gives additional Heat resistance.
6. Z Cell-heat resistance & stabilization.
7. Cr- Anti Oxidation.
8. Silane-Stabilization & Shelf Life.

Ammonium Sulotion

Today During my work one of activity is to remake a alkali etching which we use for our testing for etching capability of the copper foil we produce.One of the ingredient is the ammonium solution.During my remake i use my goggles for my eye protection but i forgot/neglect to use my gas mask for my respiratory protection.To make the story short i accidentally inhale the gas vapor of the ammonium solution.WTF....!!! Until now its hertz my nose......

Working Day

Today i wake up 4:30am to caught the shuttle service at balibago complex.Same thing happen yesterday. But to day is a special day because it is out monthsary as a boyfriend and a girlfriend but now she is already my wife...Luv u MigZ...
