I was not able to post in my blog this past few days because i was busy in my work in my company.I work as a Production Specialist in one company at laguna.Out product is treated roll copper foil use in some electronics gadget use now a day.We have a 7 step process by producing this kind of copper foil.

1. Degrease-Removes oil and grease in the copper foil.
2. Acid Rinse-Remove thin layer of the copper foil.
3. Y Cell-Gives heat & peel strength.
4. E Cell-Provide continuity of the current during process.
5. N Cell-Gives additional Heat resistance.
6. Z Cell-heat resistance & stabilization.
7. Cr- Anti Oxidation.
8. Silane-Stabilization & Shelf Life.
